When you submit an enquiry, request the e-brochure, ask for pricing or book an appointment, we may collect your name, mobile number, email address, preferred viewing time and any message details you provide.
How We Use Your Information
- To respond to your enquiry and provide requested materials such as the e-brochure, pricing and availability;
- To contact you about Generations @ Tannery via phone, SMS, WhatsApp or email;
- To arrange and confirm sales gallery appointments;
- To comply with legal and regulatory obligations.
Form Processing
Our enquiry forms are processed via Web3Forms, a third-party form-handling service, which transmits your submission to our sales team. By submitting a form you consent to this processing.
Disclosure
We may share your data with the developer, Providence Estates (Tannery) Pte Ltd, and appointed marketing and financial partners strictly for the purposes above. We do not sell your personal data.
Data Retention & Security
We retain personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes stated or as required by law, and apply reasonable measures to protect it against unauthorised access.
Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or withdrawal of consent for the use of your personal data by emailing sales@generationstannery.com.sg. Withdrawing consent may affect our ability to provide you with information about the development.
